Delete Your HOMZY Account

If you have created a HOMZY account, you can request deletion of your account and personal data using either of the options below. Requests are processed within 15 working days.

Option 1 — Fastest

Delete from inside the app

The quickest way to delete your account is directly from within the HOMZY app.

Open the HOMZY app on your device.

Go to Settings (bottom navigation or profile icon).

Tap Account.

Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

In-app deletion is available from app version 1.0 onwards. If you do not see this option, please use Option 2 below.

Option 2 — Email request

Request deletion by email

Send an email from your registered HOMZY email address to request account deletion. Please include your registered mobile number so we can identify your account.

What happens after you request deletion

We will verify that the request comes from the registered account holder.
We will delete or permanently anonymise your account data, profile, listings, search history, and saved properties.
Your active property listings will be removed from the platform.
In-app conversations associated with your account will be closed.
We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Deletion requests are completed within 15 working days of verification.

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your listings, conversations, shortlists, and account history. If you are a property owner or builder with active listings, those listings will be removed once your account is deleted.

Data we may retain after deletion

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law, even after account deletion:

Legal dispute records	Active or anticipated legal proceedings	Until resolution
Anonymised analytics	Product improvement (no personal identifiers)	Up to 24 months

All retained records are held securely, used only for the stated purpose, and deleted once the retention period expires.
